Frequently asked questions
Will my PDF print exactly as I see it?
Yes. We render PDFs at print quality and preserve fonts, layout, embedded images, and signatures. We recommend exporting from your source app as a PDF/A or standard PDF rather than scanning.
How many pages can a single letter contain?
Standard letters include up to 6 pages. Longer PDFs are mailed with our extended-page option, up to 100 pages, with a small extra-stamp fee disclosed before payment.
Can I combine several PDFs into one letter?
Yes. You can upload multiple PDFs and we will print and mail them as a single letter in the order you list them.
Are PDFs printed in colour?
Letters are printed in black and white by default. Need colour? Add colour printing for a flat $1 when you place your order — no custom quote needed.
What if the recipient address is international?
International mail is supported at a flat international rate. Delivery takes 6-12 business days through Canada Post and the destination country.
