Pricing questions
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The letter price covers printing, the envelope and postage. Optional extras (extra pages, colour, single-sided printing, scheduling, registered mail) are shown before you pay. There's no subscription and no account required.
How many pages does the price include?
2 pages. Each extra page is $0.35, up to 48 pages. Letters of 12 pages or more ship in a large envelope for $3 more.
Can I attach documents?
Yes. Upload up to 2 files (PDF, PNG or JPG, 10 MB total) and they're printed with your letter. Their pages count toward the page total.
How much is registered mail?
$31 in total: the $6 letter plus $25 for Canada Post Registered Mail. We email you the tracking number within 2–3 business days, and Canada Post collects a signature on delivery. Registered mail is for addresses in Canada only.
How long does delivery take?
Printed within 1 business day and in the mail the next. Canada Post then usually takes 2–4 business days within Canada, so most letters arrive 5–9 business days after you order. International delivery varies by destination.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Sending the same letter to several people lowers the price per letter: 3–4 letters at $5.75 each, 5–9 letters at $5.50 each, 10+ letters at $4.75 each (domestic).
