Canadian charity donation mailing addresses

Sending a donation by post? Find the charity below for the verified address to mail your cheque, who to make it payable to, and how your receipt works. Post the cheque yourself — and use PostPal to write and mail an accompanying note or a memorial tribute, with no printer or trip to the post office.

A note on mailing a donation

A cheque or money order is traceable and can be receipted — never send cash in the post. Make it payable to the charity's full name (shown on each page), and enclose your name and return address so they can send your receipt. Big charities often route mailed gifts to a donation-processing PO box rather than their head office, so use the address on the charity's page below, not a general contact address.

Addresses are each charity's own published donate-by-mail or contact address, read off its official website and re-checked periodically. Charities move and change processors — confirm on the official page before anything time-sensitive. 22 charities listed.
