How does the credit system work?
Buy a plan with 6, 12, or 50 credits. Each credit equals one letter. Schedule your letters for any dates throughout the year—birthdays, holidays, anniversaries—and we automatically print and mail them when the time comes.
What does "set it and forget it" mean?
Once you schedule a letter, you're done. Pick the date, write your message (or use one of our templates), and we handle everything else. Your letter gets printed and mailed automatically on the date you chose.
Can I schedule all my letters at once?
Yes! That's the idea. Sit down once, schedule letters for Mom's birthday, Dad's anniversary, Christmas cards, thank-you notes—whatever you need for the year. Then relax knowing it's handled.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits are valid for your full subscription year but don't roll over. We make it easy to use them all with holiday reminders and ready-to-use templates for every occasion.
Where can I send letters?
Subscription credits work for Canadian addresses only. Need to send internationally? You can still purchase single letters with international delivery separately.
How do I manage my scheduled letters?
Your dashboard shows your credit balance, all scheduled letters, and upcoming holidays. Edit or cancel any letter before its mailing date. We also send reminders so you can make the most of your credits.
Does my subscription auto-renew?
You choose at checkout. Turn on auto-renew to keep your credits flowing each year, or leave it off for a one-time purchase. You can change this anytime from your account.
