Where is mail sent from?
Mail is printed and posted from inside Canada through Canada Post, regardless of where you place the order. Recipients see a normal Canada Post letter.
Can I mail to addresses outside Canada?
Yes. International recipients are supported at a flat international rate. Delivery takes 6-12 business days.
Can I use a return address that is not mine?
Yes. The return address is whatever you enter — a home address, business address, or P.O. box. We do not require it to match your billing address.
Can I mail on behalf of someone else?
Yes. Many users send mail on behalf of family members or clients. The return address and signature are whatever you enter and upload.
How quickly will it be mailed?
Letters are mailed within 24 hours of payment on business days. Domestic Canada Post delivery typically takes 2-4 additional business days.
